NuGEN Technologies will present an overview of two of their products at the Cambridge Institute. NuGen offers a wide range of products for microarray and NGS. They have a lot of experience in working with low-input and low-quality samples.
- SPET target enrichment: Single Primer Enrichment Technology provides a simple one day protocol for generation of custom targeted sequencing libraries from as little as 10 ng gDNA (soon to be available for RNA)
- Diversity Adaptors: NGS adapters containing sequence and length diversity to allow for sequencing of even single amplicons.
Presentation will be followed by opportunities for open discussion with our team. Bring your unique challenges to the table
Presenter: Dr Savina Adamo, Technical Sales Specialist Genomics, NuGEN
Location:Room 215A+B, CRUK, Cambridge Institute.
