Publication Updates Feb 2014: Neal group publishes analysis of protein ubiquitination

last modified Aug 19, 2014 02:36 PM

The Neal group recently published work identifying the specific sites of LYRIC ubiquitination, demonstrating that mutagenesis of these sites leads to a highly significant reduction in ubiquitination and resulting in altered sub-cellular distribution and impaired interaction with other proteins.

Regulation of the localisation and function of the oncogene LYRIC/AEG-1 by ubiquitination at K486 and K491

The Genomics Core performed the sequencing in this study.
